منجور (Manjoor) منصة وسيطة في سلطنة عُمان تربط أصحاب المنازل بمحلات وشاحنات شراء الخردة. المنصة لا تشتري ولا تبيع ولا تتعامل بالمال؛ الدفع نقداً بين الطرفين مباشرة. توضح هذه الصفحة ما نجمعه من بيانات ولماذا ومن يراها.

1) البيانات التي نجمعها

• البريد الإلكتروني: للدخول إلى حسابك بكلمة سر، أو بحساب جوجل (فيصلنا بريدك من جوجل ولا نطّلع على كلمة سر جوجل). يُدار الدخول عبر خدمة Firebase Authentication من Google، ولا نطّلع على كلمة السر التي تضعها.
• رقم جوال التواصل: تكتبه أنت عند إنشاء الطلب، ويظهر للمتجر الذي اخترتَه وحده ليتصل بك. لا نتحقق منه برسالة نصية حالياً.
• العميل (صاحب المنزل): العنوان الذي تكتبه بنفسك (المنطقة، الشارع، رقم البيت، علامة مميزة)، وتفاصيل الطلب (التصنيفات والوحدات)، والعرض الذي اخترته، وتأكيدك أو رفضك للفاتورة.
• المتجر: اسم المتجر، ومناطق عمله، وقائمة الأسعار، والعروض المقدَّمة، والفواتير (التصنيف، الوزن بالغرام أو عدد القطع، سعر الوحدة، المبلغ، العمولة).
• على جهازك: لغة التطبيق التي اخترتها، وتُحفظ على جهازك فقط.
• بيانات تقنية: تعالج خدمات Google التي نستخدمها بيانات تقنية (مثل عنوان IP ومعرّفات الجهاز) بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها من إساءة الاستخدام.

لا نجمع حالياً: موقعك الجغرافي (GPS)، أو صوراً، أو جهات الاتصال، أو معرّف الإعلانات، ولا نستخدم أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات. إن أضفنا ميزة تحتاج شيئاً من ذلك فسنحدّث هذه الصفحة ونطلب إذنك داخل التطبيق قبل الجمع.

2) من يرى بياناتك

• قبل اختيارك عرضاً، ترى المتاجر المنطقة التقريبية وتفاصيل الطلب فقط.
• عنوانك الدقيق ورقم جوالك يظهران للمتجر الذي اخترتَه وحده، ليتواصل معك ويأتي إلى موقعك.
• الفاتورة المكتملة يراها العميل والمتجر طرفا الصفقة.
• فريق منجور يطّلع على البيانات بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل المنصة وتفعيل المتاجر وإعداد كشف العمولة الأسبوعي وحل الشكاوى.
• لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.

3) مزوّدو الخدمة

نستخدم خدمات Google Firebase (المصادقة، وقاعدة البيانات Cloud Firestore، والدوال السحابية) لتشغيل المنصة. تُخزَّن بيانات قاعدة البيانات في خوادم Google Cloud في الشرق الأوسط (الدوحة، قطر). تعمل Google بصفتها معالجاً للبيانات نيابة عنا.

4) مدة الاحتفاظ

• نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك وطلباتك ما دام حسابك قائماً.
• الفاتورة المكتملة هي لقطة من الصفقة وقت تأكيدها (التاريخ والتصنيفات والوزن والمبالغ والعمولة)، ولا تحوي عنوانك ولا رقم جوالك. تبقى كما هي حتى لو حذفتَ حسابك، لأنها سجل مشترك بين الطرفين نحتاجه للمحاسبة وحل النزاعات.

5) حقوقك وحذف الحساب

يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف حسابك. تجد طريقة حذف الحساب في صفحة حذف الحساب، أو راسلنا على manjoor.app@gmail.com.

6) الأطفال

المنصة غير موجّهة لمن هم دون 18 عاماً، ولا نقصد جمع بيانات منهم.

7) التغييرات والتواصل

Privacy Policy

Manjoor is an intermediary platform in the Sultanate of Oman that connects homeowners with scrap-buying shops and trucks. The platform does not buy, sell or handle money; payment is made in cash directly between the two parties. This page explains what data we collect, why, and who can see it.

1) Data we collect

• Email address: used to sign in with a password or with your Google account (we receive your email from Google and never see your Google password). Sign-in is handled by Google's Firebase Authentication, and we do not see the password you set.
• Contact mobile number: typed by you when you create a request, and shown only to the store you select so it can call you. We do not verify it by SMS at this time.
• Customers (homeowners): the address you type yourself (area, street, house number, landmark), your request details (categories and units), the offer you chose, and your confirmation or rejection of the invoice.
• Stores: store name, service areas, price list, bids and invoices (category, weight in grams or piece count, unit price, amount, commission).
• On your device: the app language you chose, stored on your device only.
• Technical data: the Google services we use process technical data (such as IP address and device identifiers) as needed to run and protect the service.

We do not currently collect: your GPS location, photos, contacts or advertising ID, and we do not use analytics or advertising tools. If we add a feature that needs any of these, we will update this page and ask for your permission in the app before collecting.

2) Who can see your data

• Before you choose an offer, stores see only the approximate area and the request details.
• Your exact address and mobile number are shown only to the store you selected, so it can contact you and come to your location.
• A completed invoice is visible to both parties of the deal: the customer and the store.
• The Manjoor team accesses data only as needed to operate the platform, activate stores, prepare the weekly commission statement and resolve complaints.
• We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

3) Service providers

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore database and Cloud Functions) to run the platform. Database data is stored on Google Cloud servers in the Middle East (Doha, Qatar). Google acts as a data processor on our behalf.

4) Retention

• We keep your account and request data for as long as your account exists.
• A completed invoice is a snapshot of the deal taken when it was confirmed (date, categories, weight, amounts, commission). It contains no address or mobile number. It stays as it is even if you delete your account, because it is a record shared by both parties that we need for accounting and dispute resolution.

5) Your rights and account deletion

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data. See the Delete account page for how to delete your account, or email manjoor.app@gmail.com.

6) Children

The platform is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
