حذف الحساب

كيف تطلب الحذف

1. أرسل رسالة إلى manjoor.app@gmail.com بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب».
2. اكتب في الرسالة البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك، وأرسلها من هذا البريد نفسه إن أمكن.
3. سنتحقق أنك صاحب الحساب قبل التنفيذ (مثلاً بطلب تأكيد منك)، لحماية حسابك من الحذف بيد غيرك.
4. ننفّذ الحذف خلال 30 يوماً من تأكيد الطلب، ونراسلك عند اكتماله.

ما الذي يُحذف

• حسابك وبريدك الإلكتروني المرتبط بتسجيل الدخول.
• طلباتك المفتوحة (تُلغى)، والعنوان ورقم الجوال المحفوظان في طلباتك.
• لحسابات المتاجر: ملف المتجر وقائمة الأسعار والعروض.

ما الذي قد يبقى

• الفواتير المكتملة: هي لقطة من الصفقة وقت تأكيدها (التاريخ والتصنيفات والوزن والمبالغ والعمولة)، ولا تحوي عنوانك ولا رقم جوالك. لا تُحذف بحذف حسابك لأنها سجل مشترك مع المتجر لازم للمحاسبة وحل النزاعات.

تنبيهات

• الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
• إن كان لديك طلب قيد التنفيذ مع متجر، أنهِه أو ألغِه قبل طلب الحذف.

How to request deletion

1. Email manjoor.app@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
2. Include the email address registered on your account, and send the message from that same address if you can.
3. We will verify that you own the account before acting (for example by asking you to confirm), so nobody else can delete your account.
4. We complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming your request and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and the email address linked to your sign-in.
• Your open requests (cancelled), and the address and mobile number stored with your requests.
• For store accounts: the store profile, price list and bids.

What may be kept

• Completed invoices: each is a snapshot of the deal taken when it was confirmed (date, categories, weight, amounts, commission) and contains no address or mobile number. It is not removed when you delete your account because it is a record shared with the store that is needed for accounting and dispute resolution.

Please note

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• If you have a job in progress with a store, finish or cancel it before requesting deletion.
